Bosco Chocolate Marble Cake

Posted July 30th, 2012 in Recipes

This cake comes out nice and moist, with the addition of some ingredients you wouldn’t necessarily think of. In our testing, we found that only Bosco Chocolate Syrup made the chocolate part of the marble cake come out the chocolatey, gooey way we like it.

Bosco Chocolate Marble Cake

1 package/box (approx 18 oz) Yellow cake mix
1 package (approx 3.5 oz) Instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 cup Bosco Chocolate Syrup
1 cup Sour cream
1/2 cup Vegetable oil
4 Eggs

Mix cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, vegetable oil, and eggs into a large bowl and beat for 10 minutes.  Pour half of the mixture into a greased, tubed cake pan.

Add the 1/2 cup of Bosco Chocolate Syrup into the remaining batter and mix.  Pour this mixture over the top of the first half.

Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

When cool, sprinkle powdered sugar onto the take of the cake or coat with frosting and sprinkles.  Serve with ice cream and Bosco Chocolate Syrup, with a glass of cold chocolate Bosco milk on the side.
